Welcome to the ninaigracke.com online store. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before making a purchase. By using our website and ordering products, you confirm that you are familiar with the stated terms and that you fully accept them.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • ninaigracke.com is a platform intended for online sale of toys in the Republic of Serbia.

  • The content on the website (texts, product images, logo) is protected and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our prior consent.

  • We reserve the right to change the content of the website, product assortment, prices or these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.

2. ORDERING AND CONFIRMATION

  • Purchases on the website are made electronically, by selecting items and filling out the order form.

  • After submitting the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to your e-mail address.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order if the requested item is currently out of stock or if we notice a technical error in the price or description of the product. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices on the website are expressed in dinars (RSD).

  • The price of the product does not include delivery costs.

  • The only payment method is cash on delivery – in cash to the Post Office (Post Express) courier when picking up the package at your address.

4. DELIVERY

  • Packages are sent exclusively on working days. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from the day of dispatch.

  • The initial delivery price is 350 RSD, and the final amount of postage may depend on the total weight of the package in accordance with the valid Post Office price list.

5. COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE AND RETURN

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, unopened and in its original, undamaged factory packaging.

  • In case of withdrawal from the purchase for personal reasons (if you do not like the toy or have changed your mind), the shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you are obliged to inform us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the complaint at our expense.
